Installing HarmFlow

HarmFlow is coming to the Mac App Store.

Until then, the community edition builds from source. The build instructions are in the Quick start of harmflow-app's README, which says what your Mac needs and which commands to run.

HarmFlow runs its tasks through Claude Code or Codex, signed in on your Mac. It never installs or updates them: have at least one of them in place before your first task.
